Previously owned homes become available for sale during the course of a year and with properties twelve years old and younger, prices are likely to range from £10,000 to £100,000.

The Abbots, soon to be extended into Friars. Open throughout the year without restriction, the holiday homes in these areas are all log cabins built to full residential specification, with residential specification infrastructure to match. Again for use by the owner and their immediate family only, prices for these lodges are likely to range from £50,000 to £175,000. With future development coming on Friars in late 2006, early 2007, more new lodges will become available. More
