Lookout
As the name suggests, Lookout is on high ground with many plots enjoying fabulous
views across the Orwell estuary. With the seasonal nature of Lookout, we can offer
flexibility. The seven month season runs from 1 April to 31 October and additional
months can be added to a maximum ten month season running from 1 March to
5 January of the following year.
Although fully developed for some time now, from time to time the opportunity arises
when we can offer a new caravan holiday home for sale on Lookout. With this in mind,
we may have new showhomes available for sale and immediate occupation.

As well as new showhomes and available plots, from time to time previously owned
holiday homes become available. During the course of a year, it would not be unusual
to have a selection of different previously owned holiday homes available for sale.
These would be available to view and be for sale as and where seen. As with all previously
owned homes, they would show considerable savings against the new equivalent and
often include a number of additional extras. With homes ranging from 1993 aluminium
clad 35’x12’ two bedroom caravan holiday homes to nearly new log cabins up to 42’x20’,
prices are likely to range from £8,000 to £130,000 on Lookout.
