Monks Meadow
The latest addition at the Priory, Monks Meadow is an extension to Lookout.
Although not offering the wonderful views, it is laid out to a lower density giving a
more spacious feel between each plot. Although only 31 in total, the plots will
gradually be released on a phased basis.
We will have a range of showhomes on display for sale and immediate occupation.
These will all be offered with full double glazing, central heating and winter insulation
packages to cater for the ten month season should you wish. Prices are likely to range
from around £40,000 up to £70,000 and beyond for lodges.
