Woodbury build their lodges with a timber exterior and double glazed timber windows and doors. The interior is clad in pine tongue and groove on the walls and ceilings which are vaulted. Heating is provided by a gas fire and electric panel heaters, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. No 10 has an enviable front and end of terrace position, its generous timber desk to the front wraps around to the side door. A pathway leads from the deck to the road behind and the storage locker to the rear.
The spacious open plan living area is bright and airy. The room is flooded with light from the triple aspect windows and French doors. There is a feature decorated wall with stylish wall lights. A gas fire with mantelpiece makes a focal point for winter evenings. The dining area has a pine table and four sturdy chairs. The kitchen has a light worktop and pine doors on low and high level cupboards. Kettle, toaster and fridge are all included. There is a handy tall storage cupboard.
The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and tall set of drawers with a TV point above. There is a small set of drawers on each side of the double bed, this room can easily accommodate a queen or king sized bed if desired. Overhead lockers provide extra storage. The second bedroom, with full sized twin beds, also has a fitted wardrobe and small dressing table. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over and attractive marble look mermaid boards on the surrounding walls. The pedestal basin has a lit mirror above.
Finally, accessed from outside a rear storage locker has ample space for BBQ, golf clubs and other leisure equipment.
