This holiday home faces to the west with decking to the front and along the southern side.  It comes complete with a store to the rear.  It benefits from a private grass area to the south.

This 2011 Derwent features French doors and a spacious lounge area with a two and three seater sofa.  There is a TV included.  The corner tv/display area, fire surround and coffee table are in Romana Cherry finish as are the freestanding dining table and four chairs.  The well appointed U shaped kitchen comes complete with domestic style gas cooker, hod and stainless steel sink/drainer, has an integrated fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom has an upholstered headboard, wardrobe, overhead lockers, bedside cabinets , dressing table, mirror, stool and wall mounted TV.  The twin second bedroom also has upholstered headboards, overhead lockers, a bedside cabinet as well as a wardrobe.  The bathroom with ‘Jack and Jill’ doors into the master bedroom incorporates a large enclosed shower with sliding door, an attractive pedestal unit with inset washbasin, mirror and shelf.
