The archetypal log cabin. Woodbury build their lodges with a timber exterior and double glazed timber windows and doors. The interior is clad with pine tongue and grooved planking on the ceilings and walls. In this lodge, some of the interior walls have been dry lined and whitewashed to give a light and bright feel.
A front door leads into a hallway with doors to all the other rooms. The very generous cross-over living area has a feature fireplace in the lounge area and patio doors in the dining space which lead onto the south facing timber deck. The kitchen area is spacious with pine fronted doors, two under-counter fridges and an under-counter freezer.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, overhead lockers and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom with twin beds has a good sized wardrobe with mirror fronted sliding doors, The bathroom has a semi recessed basin in a white vanity unit, WC and bath with a shower over.
The south facing extensive deck to the front boasts river and woodland views and would be the ideal place to while away a sunny afternoon. To the rear is a storage locker.
