The open plan living area to the front of the lodge is flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows, triple-glazed tri-fold doors and velux windows.  The ceiling is vaulted with a central beam and wood laminate floor.  The beautiful interior incorporates freestanding furniture and natural fabrics giving a chic modern look.  A generous L-shaped sofa provides the perfect place to sit back and admire the established planting outside.  If you need a spot to work on your laptop there is room for a desk in the corner.  The fireplace and wall hung TV provide focal points for a winters evening.  Should you plan to entertain the dining area has plenty of room for the contemporary oak table and six chairs.

The kitchen has numerous shaker style cupboards and drawers.  The center piece is the cream range style cooker with five burners, two ovens and grill with a stainless steel cooker hood above.  There is an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer.  The utility is always a useful room with a door out onto the deck making it an ideal entrance with a wet dog or muddy boots after a winters walk.

There are two bedrooms with lined roman blinds to ensure a good nights sleep.  The master has a queen sized bed with padded headboard.  This room is a delight with a dressing table, en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe.  The second bedroom is ideal for guests with twin beds and a large wardrobe with sliding doors.  The family shower room has a good sized shower enclosure, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Other practical features include a generous hallway with cloaks cupboards and the main door leading down to the driveway.  To the rear is an externally accessed store with electric points, ideal for golf clubs and other leisure equipment.
