The Marlow is bright and modern offering a choice of layout either the standard with L-shaped sofa and French doors on the front end or alternatively with two sofas and side French doors.

Both are built to BS3632 standard offering superior insulation with U values exceeding the British standard, gas central heating with thermostatic radiator valves and Argon filled windows and doors with low E glass.

Blue and gold runs through the living room and bedrooms; blue accent chair matches the dining chairs and sofa cushions, the gold coloured curtains and cushions match the bed throws and pick out the gold in the bedroom curtains. The kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave, has ample cupboard and worktop space, modern glass topped dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom has an en-suite WC and dressing table. Both bedrooms have pale blue padded headboards, wardrobes, shelving and storage lockers.
