It is built to BS3632 winter specification which includes PVC-u double glazing, extra insulation to roof, walls and underfloor and gas combi boiler with thermostatic radiator valves.

The 7 foot ceilings are vaulted throughout. The stylish open plan living area has a large sofa (with sofa bed) and accent chair, the contemporary wall mounted fire provides a focal point for winter evenings. The kitchen/dining area is spacious with a breakfast bar and dining table with four chairs.
