The Rivington has a boutique hotel feel. Much thought has gone into the finishing touches such as interior doors, high quality lighting, plush carpets and designer fabrics.

Built to BS3632 residential specifications with uPVC double glazing with large sliding doors onto the decking. Central heating is provided by a gas combi boiler with thermostatic radiator valves. The living area is open plan, stylish and modern. There is a wall mounted fire, TV and contemporary sofa (inc sofabed) with accent chair. The stunning kitchen has ample storage, integrated microwave and breakfast bar.

Bedrooms are finished in a warm blue with plush headboards. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The family shower room has basin, WC and plenty of storage.
