This previously owned holiday home is in good condition. It is insulated, has double glazing and central heating, so is suitable for our 10 month season. This Willerby Lyndhurst is situated on a south facing position with deck, patio and storage locker.

The open plan living area is light and bright, a fixed sofa (incorporating a sofa bed) gives ample seating and there is a circular dining table with matching chairs. Display shelving, cupboards and fire surround are in a light wood finish. This finish extends into the kitchen area which has a range cooker, fridge and space for a microwave.

The master bedroom has an en-suite WC, bay window and a large wardrobe. The twin bedroom is a generous room with padded headboards and a wardrobe. The family shower room has a hip-shower, basin with a vanity cupboard and WC.
